Theatre Residence is built on the site of the first Western-style theatre in Bangkok, founded by the late actress and producer Patravadi Mejudhon. The hotel's design pays homage to her legacy, with temporary art galleries and theatre exhibits lining the hallways. Guests can join a tour or class about local culture, offered on-site as part of the property's commitment to preserving traditional art.

Ferries from Wat Rakhang Pier and Prannok Pier cross the river every few minutes, costing 5 baht per trip.
